Using your own drivers gives you more control over service, customer relationships, and margins. It also means the store needs its own delivery visibility, not a separate workaround outside the system.

Live Driver Map is built for that. Each location gets a store view for its active drivers, and drivers share from the companion driver app. The delivery team stays visible to the restaurant while orders are out on the road.

Live Driver Map is the first public step in a broader delivery visibility system we are building for restaurants that run delivery themselves.

The goal is to make delivery easier to see and easier to manage while orders are out of the store. Over time, that means giving the right people a clearer picture of delivery as it happens, without turning service into another screen that needs constant attention.
